Profile     Specialising in residential and farm property. De Kaap Fine and Country Estates are the oldest estate agency in Great Brak. We have been operating for well over 11 years in the Great Brak area.

As we are developing with the market and the town, and we kept by the same Principal – Marinda Self, we have an extensive knowledge of the surrounding area. Together with a very competent team, De Kaap Fine and Country Estates has grown as a florishing business.

On 1 May 2005 Mona de Wet bought the business. Marinda stayed on and one year later on 1 May 2006 Lizette Ehlers were also part of the team. Lizette has a good knowledge of the building business and all this knowledge we can use to quite an extent in new developments. Pieter le Roux was a farmer in the Oudtshoorn district and came to help with the marketing of farms and smallholdings in this area. He also does the marketing in Klein Brakrivier.

To be part of the growing question for properties in the overseas market we bought the francise ''Fine and Country'' to get more international exposure. We now have a steady network of referrals. De Kaap Fine and Country also advertises in S.A.A. flight magazine - Skyways, Prestige Properties Magazine (to be spreaded overseas and in South Africa), to name but a few. We also have a Golden Booklet to use as advertisement througout the year. All the franchisees differ but they all advertise\ in the local newspapers as well.

De Kaap Fine and Country has a area from Glentana to Klein Brakrivier. Pieter also markets farms in the surrounding areas around George and Mossel Bay. We are currently looking at prospects in Danabaai.
