Who are we? The Office Plant was established in 1984 & now forms part of the Greens Division of Servest (Pty) Ltd. We are a national based company with offices in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Pretoria and now Port Elizabeth What do we do? The Office Plant grows, installs and maintains all types of corporate plantscapes from large interior atria to mobile units. We also supply diversified products, such as fresh flowers, silk flowers, bonsai and artefacts. The Office Plant offers short term hiring of living plant dιcor which will bring any event, function, conference or exhibition to life with flair & style. We offer our services to all commercial sectors which require interior plantscaping, including banks, office blocks, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls and industrial complexes. Making a difference to the environment interior plants will lower the carbon footprint of your company Helps you to make more money productivity of staff increases as there is less absenteeism due to the plants absorbing germs that circulate through airconditioners What is different about us? The Office Plant is the only interior plantscaping company in South Africa to have its own farms for growing purposes. There are 2 farms, Restio Ridge in Malelane, Mpumalanga & Lonecreek in Muldersdrift. As a result of these growing operations, we are able to ensure an all year round supply of high quality plants. Each region has its very own shade house on the property, this ensures prompt delivery and plant replacement times. What are the options? The Office Plant offers you 2 service options: A) Rental basis plants and containers are rented from The Office Plant on a monthly basis for a fixed period. We offer a maintenance plan included in the rental B) Outright purchases plants and containers can be purchased outright from the client with which we offer a maintenance plan over and above to ensure longevitiy and proper care of plants. All maintenance is done on a 6 working day cycle Interesting facts: The production of a specimen plant can take from 2 to 5 years depending on the plant type. It is important to acclimatise indoor plants for the office environment therefore a minimum period of 9 months is spent achieving this. |
