| Service Description |
ALR boasts its own internal legal department thus ensuring smooth shop floor interactions and continuous training of supervisory staff. All CCMA/Bargaining Council dispute applications are handled by ALR’s legal department and are for ALR’s cost provided ALR has handled the process. ALR also facilitates ABET training of contract workers and offers additional telephonic legal advise for all our clients at no extra charge.ALR has various site offices around the greater Gauteng area and all service consultants and site Supervisors/Managers are free to call for additional support and resources. ALR are proud to have been nominated and awarded the status of a top 300 empowerment company and a top 300 operating company by Impumelelo, endorsed by the Department of Trade and Industry. All service agreements (including charge rates) are individually negotiated with each client to suit our client’s needs and expectations thus ensuring the best service delivery at the most cost effective level. |
