Response Forms from Broker Junction - Anti-Spamming Policy

In the past, we have had numerous instances where people selling services into the industry (advertising, exhibition space, etc) have used these forms as a perceived quick and easy method of getting their sales message to the broker database. All brokers have agreed, when registering, that these forms will not be used to make unsolicited product offerings. You may, however, enquire after suitable properties for your clients - and can make specific commission split and other collaborative approaches.

Breaches of this policy results in us receiving instant complaints from the recipient broker and, presumably, the person trying to make the sale has substantially damaged their brand and product image.

There's a reason for this . . . . . .

These response forms go directly to the broker member who is generally not responsible for assessing or procuring incoming services. Your message is therefore perceived as spam, irritates, and is normally then discarded. In short, the recipient is not necessarily the person who would normally be evaluating your product offering.

It would perhaps be more productive for you to follow their links through to their corporate website (which is normally published in the body of our ad) and use the contact forms and email addresses they provide there. That way your mail should have more chance of reaching the relevant person who will act on it.

Should you decide to use this form you need to be aware that we can detect high rate repetitive mails and your details will be automatically blacklisted on our system. As a punite measure we simply allow you to spend hours plugging in your message which the system will discard. That way we protect our client and give you the impression that nobody responds to your efforts - which we hope will dissuade you from a repeat visit and from other similar marketing efforts to the benefit of internet users everywhere.!

We will see the spam alert if you trip our spam detector, and if your mail is of the sort that the brokers would welcome then we will be in contact to help you with your message delivery. Conversely, if it's the really bad advertising stuff, then you would end up on our permanent blacklist.

We trust you will understand that we need to protect our relationship with our broker membership.

    Thanks for reading this through . . . . .

P.S. There is another option which is open to Premier Brokers where you can send through your message to us with the filter requirements (usually geographic) and we can bulk mail the brokers on your behalf. This is subject to our approving the content, frequency, etc.
