The Broker Junction website has significant monthly traffic which can exceed several hundred visitors per day on weekdays. The typical visitor is South African located and is either a broker or client in the commercial / industrial property sales market. Within the different classes of advertisers we define an Exclusive Service Provider (ESP) as a supplier of goods or services that are in frequent use and demand by the commercial industrial broker community. Legal services, building maintenance, bridging finance, decorators, electrical and plumbing contractors would all be typical examples of ESP businesses.
REGIONAL BUSINESSES
We provide geo-targeted advertising opportunities to ESPs as well as providing a mini-website with no setup fees and a monthly charge of around R199pm. Your ad would be displayed on the right hand side of the relevant ad carrying pages.
The home page is normally reserved for national advertisers but we will initially guarantee you at least a minimum of 3 months display on that page. The inside and report pages are geographically targeted which means that the ad is shown only to people from that province. If a visitor is from Gauteng, and you operate in that area, then the ad is included in the stock for display to that visitor. A Bloemfontein visitor would not see your ad if that was not one of your selected active areas.
Similarly, if your business operations are limited to the Bloemfontein area then only potential local customers (ie Bloem brokers) would see your ad.
A visitor clicking on your ad would be moved to your mini-website page from where they could learn about your products and services and make the decision to contact you directly. We would set that page up for you at no extra charge. If you already have a website, then our one-way non-reciprocal inbound link to your website would add significant page rank to your Google search engine optimisation.
Payments are made by debit order which we run on the first of each month. You may terminate this arrangement at anytime by giving us one clear calendar month's notice by any acceptable method.
NATIONAL ADVERTISERS
Home Page display is national and seen by every visitor on every visit.
The cost is R475pm with a minimum display period of 6 months which reverts to a month by month basis thereafter with a one month notice period. Payment can be in advance or by debit order.
